Full profile of the visa applicant and inventor.
Safa Zagouri is an IT support specialist at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) and a parent who experienced firsthand the challenges of raising a neurodivergent child without adequate screen-free support tools. Drawing on years of experience in information technology and a deep understanding of privacy and security requirements, Safa developed and patented Whisprro — a sensory companion device for neurodivergent children that operates 100% offline with zero data collection.
Whisprro Inc. is incorporated in Canada and holds Patent Application No. 3,276,575, covering the core architecture of the device including its offline TinyML processing, layered sensory output system, and Zero-Trace Vault privacy framework. The product addresses a significant gap in the ADHD assistive technology market — the absence of a screen-free, privacy-first wearable designed specifically for children aged 5–14.

Patent Application No. 3,276,575 covers the invention of a screen-free, offline sensory companion wearable for neurodivergent children. The patent encompasses the Zero-Trace Vault architecture (100% on-device processing with no cloud connectivity), the Layered Sensory Language system (LED ring visual anchors, biomimetic haptic output, and offline parent voice note playback), and the TinyML on-device artificial intelligence system for distraction detection and task micro-stepping — all operating without internet connectivity, data collection, or cloud infrastructure.

Statement from Safa Zagouri
I am applying for the Australian National Innovation Visa (Subclass 858) under the South Australia Entrepreneur and Global Researcher pathways, on the basis of Patent Application No. 3,276,575 and my incorporated company Whisprro Inc.
I am seeking a nominator with a national reputation in Australia in one or more of the following fields: ADHD and neurodevelopmental disorders, assistive technology for children, child development and occupational therapy, health technology and wearable devices, or educational technology for neurodivergent learners.
A nominator's role is to complete Form 1000 — a formal endorsement confirming your professional standing and your assessment of Whisprro's potential contribution to Australia's innovation ecosystem, health technology sector, and neurodivergent community.
Whisprro is committed to establishing operations in South Australia, partnering with NDIS providers, engaging with Lot Fourteen in Adelaide, and creating skilled jobs for Australians with lived experience of ADHD and neurodiversity. A nomination would directly accelerate these plans.
If you have a national reputation in any of these fields and are willing to discuss nomination, please contact me directly. I am happy to provide my full Executive Technical Brief, patent documentation, and any additional information you require.
